PRICING: Prices quoted in our catalog are listed per plant for full 1020 trays of the same variety. Minimum order is one tray. Combination of 12 and 9 packs to make a flat is accepted with the additional charges listed below. Prices are valid for 2008 and may change without notice. Call for quantity discounts on orders over $5,000.00.

HOSTAS: Prices quoted are for quantities of 96 or more. Order in multiples of 12 unless otherwise specified (3" pots - trays of 16, multiples of 8). Additional charges will be added for 1/2 trays of 10¢ per plant and 20¢ per plant for quantities less than 1/2 tray.

ALL OTHER PERENNIALS: Prices quoted are for quantities of 72 or more. Order in multiples of 9. Additional charges will be added for 1/2 trays of 10¢ per plant and 20¢ per plant for quantities less than 1/2 tray.

TERMS: Net 30 days to customers who have established a satisfactory credit standing with us. Prepaid orders received prior to December 31, 2007 will receive a five percent (5%) discount for delivery in 2008. Customers who have not established credit will be required to pay the full payment due prior to shipment or upon shipment of the order via Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. A complete credit application is required for all accounts. Minnesota customers must submit tax exemption certificates in order to be exempt from state sales tax.

ORDERS: Orders are taken year around. Orders processed by Tuesday may be shipped domestically the following Monday or Tuesday during shipping season. Customers must be a licensed nursery. Plants shipped in early March to mid- May, may be a combination of growing plants and those that are breaking dormancy. Plants shipped in February and early March will be dormant. Orders will be shipped in the early part of the week to avoid the plants sitting on a truck over a weekend.

SERVICE CHARGE: A service charge of 1 1/2% (18% annual) per month is charged on past due accounts.

SHIPPING: Orders are shipped F.O. B. Waseca, MN February 1st through November, weather permitting. FedEx Express Saver and Ground service are the primary means of shipment. FedEx Freight is also used for palletized shipments. Air cargo may also be used for large orders shipped to an area where a major airport is available to the purchaser and for international shipments. Boxing and shipping charges will be added to your invoice. All shipments travel at the risk of the purchaser. We will assist the customer filing claims with Federal Express for damage occurring in shipment. Orders may be picked up at our nursery if scheduled in advance. Variable plant growth rates may make it necessary to ship your order in multiple shipments on occasion. Backorders may be held up to one year unless we are otherwise notified. Early ordering with maximum lead time will help us schedule your plants when you need them.

GUARANTEE: We accept orders subject to crop conditions and we reserve the right to cancel a portion or all of the order should losses occur in our production due to any cause. We guarantee our varieties true to name and will replace any portion of the stock that may prove otherwise or refund the price paid for such portions. We will not be responsible for damages beyond the original purchase price.

CLAIMS: Claims for any cause must be made within 10 days of receipt of the stock by written notice. We will not be liable for the productivity of the stock after it is planted as we have no control over its management after it leaves our nursery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: All plants are grown in a soilless potting mix for easy transport across state and international boundaries. Canada orders shipped via FedEx will be brokered by FedEx for delivery to your door. These orders will have the Ag Canada Inspection Fee, Canadian GST, Advancement Fee, Canadian Documentation charges and the Phytosanitary Certificate added to your invoice. Orders outside of North America have a minimum of 5,000 plants. They will be shipped air freight to your nearest airport. We will need you to provide us all permits necessary for you to import the plant material, the contact information for your plant broker, and name of the airport you wish to have the order shipped. Please allow three weeks to arrange the phytosanitary certificate and inspections.

PLEASE NOTE: The following plants cannot be shipped outside North America: Hosta 'Liberty' PP#12,531/CPBRAF, Hosta 'Thunderbolt' PP#14,232/COPF, Euphorbia 'Blackbird' PPAF/COPF and Yucca 'Bright Star' PPAF/COPF.

PICKUP ORDERS: We welcome you to come and see our greenhouse production facilities Tuesday thru Friday during shipping season to discuss your needs. We are open for pickup orders by appointment only please. We suggest you call ahead to have your order ready before your visit.
